Seamark Ranch is a nonprofit organization established in May 2001. It is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Seamark Ranch relies primarily on private contributions from individuals, businesses, civic organizations, foundations, and churches for it's support. There will be no charge for admission or restriction on entry of children on the grounds of race, class, or creed. Seamark Ranch maintains a debt-free policy and is building the Ranch as capital is raised.

Seamark Ranch’s financial statements are audited by James Knutzen & Associates, P.A., Certified Public Accountants. Copies of the annual audit report are available for review at the Seamark Ranch office located at 1 San Jose Place, Suite 31, Jacksonville, Florida, 32257.
