Full-time Houseparents
Seamark Ranch is seeking a mature, dedicated husband and wife team to live and work directly with up to 8 children of varying ages and backgrounds in a traditional home setting on our 465 acre campus. This is an extended, full-time residential position.
Houseparent couples serve a critical role in breaking the cycle of failure and abuse in the lives of children and- working with a team-help them achieve transformation and restored hope. The home and family is managed based upon traditional values and a Christian worldview. Houseparents are supported by non-residential employees and volunteers who actively participate in the care and nurturing of each child. Additionally, houseparents take an active role and encourage the family's participation in our working farm community.
RESIDENTIAL RELIEF PARENTS
Seamark Ranch is seeking a mature, dedicated husband and wife team to provide temporary relief support and care in a family-style home for children from families in crisis. Residential Relief Parents step in during houseparent time off, ensuring a nurturing, structured, and faith-based environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, supporting children's emotional, spiritual, and educational development, participating in household tasks, maintaining the home, and assisting with property upkeep. Relief parents also collaborate closely with houseparents and Ranch staff, uphold Seamark’s Christian values, and model healthy family life.
Clinical Director
The Clinical Director at Seamark Ranch is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health services to children and families in a residential care setting. This individual will lead clinical initiatives, manage staff, and ensure the highest quality of care is provided, aligning with Seamark Ranch’s mission of offering holistic, Christ-centered support to children and families in need.
Equestrian Program Manager (Part-Time)
Seamark Ranch is looking for an experienced and mission-driven Equestrian Program Manager to lead and expand our equine-based youth programming. This role is exclusively focused on delivering Christian, trauma-informed horsemanship experiences for children in residential care and families in crisis from the broader community. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing curriculum, coordinating volunteers, managing grants, and working with our clinical and development teams to ensure program excellence and accountability.
Horse Barn Assistant (Part-Time)
Seamark Ranch is seeking a skilled and dependable Horse Barn Assistant to oversee all aspects of horse and barn care. This role is focused on the operational and physical responsibilities of our equestrian program, including feeding, grooming, stall maintenance, trail readiness, and horse training for basic, trail and rodeo-style riding. The assistant will also coordinate barn volunteers and help certify resident youth and houseparents for safe, off-hours barn access. While not an equine therapy position, this role does include teaching horsemanship and structured riding skills to children in residential care.
