Executive Director
Nathan Stanley
Nathan Stanley serves as Executive Director of Seamark Ranch, where he is passionate about helping children and families experience hope, healing, and lasting transformation through Christ-centered care.
Before joining Seamark, Nathan spent more than 15 years serving vulnerable communities around the world through missions and humanitarian work. Most recently, he served as Country Director in Ethiopia for Samaritan’s Purse, leading humanitarian programs and refugee response efforts for families affected by regional conflict. These experiences, combined with his dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, have equipped him to lead with both compassion and strategic vision.
Today, Nathan leads Seamark Ranch with a vision of strengthening children, restoring families, and expanding the ministry’s reach throughout Northeast Florida. Under his leadership, Seamark continues to grow its residential programs while expanding outreach through initiatives like Seamark Ranch Christian Counseling, helping provide hope and healing to even more individuals and families in crisis. He is committed to developing healthy teams, stewarding the ministry well, and ensuring every child who comes to Seamark experiences safety, belonging, and unconditional love.
Nathan and his wife, Mary, have been married for more than 20 years and live on the ranch with their children. Together, they consider it a privilege to serve alongside the dedicated staff, volunteers, and supporters who make Seamark’s mission possible.
