Meet Our Counselors

Jessica Klika, LMHC Clinical Director

Jessica Klika serves as the Clinical Director for Seamark Ranch Counseling, where she provides leadership, support, and clinical oversight for the counseling team while helping shape the vision and direction of counseling services. Her passion is creating a culture where clients receive compassionate, high-quality care and clinicians are equipped to grow both professionally and personally.

Jessica brings a warm, relational, and faith-integrated approach to leadership. She believes meaningful healing occurs when clinical excellence, authentic connection, and hope come together. Her commitment to the counseling profession is rooted in both personal experience and years of serving individuals and families navigating life's challenges. She is passionate about helping create environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to pursue growth and healing.

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies and Secondary Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Before entering the counseling field, she spent eight years as a middle school teacher, an experience that deepened her understanding of the challenges facing children, adolescents, and families.

Throughout her career, Jessica has served in a variety of settings including community-based mental health, trauma-focused family services, private practice, and faith-based counseling environments. Her professional experience includes work with the Denver Rescue Mission, Griffith Centers for Children, and private practice settings supporting individuals, couples, children, and families.

Jessica has received specialized training in EMDR and is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant, Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, and Qualified Supervisor. Her clinical background reflects a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, family systems, and the development of clinicians through supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional growth.

As Clinical Director, Jessica is particularly passionate about mentoring clinicians, strengthening clinical programs, and fostering a culture of excellence that supports both client outcomes and professional growth. She is dedicated to building a collaborative clinical environment grounded in integrity, compassion, and continuous learning. Jessica values individualized care and believes every person's story and journey are unique. Her leadership focuses on supporting clinicians, strengthening services, and ensuring clients receive ethical, effective, and personalized care.

Jessica and her family relocated from Colorado to Northeast Florida to help expand faith-based counseling services and support the mission of serving families in the local community. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, being actively involved in her church community, staying active through running and sports, and embracing life in Florida with her family.
